It depends on the complexity of the role and if it is a permanent position. For permanent our process is designed to be efficient without sacrificing quality. Most roles are filled within 3–6 weeks from start to hire as a guide. It is often considerably less for contact or temporary employees.

We offer a fair tiered rebate period. If things don’t go to plan, we’ll either find a replacement or issue a full or partial refund depending on the timeline. We want every hire to succeed—for you and for them.
