- Your referees (only once a job offer is made)

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
- If unsuccessful: Your data is stored for 12 months post-application.
- If successful: Data is transferred to your personnel file (with different retention policies).
- If we wish to retain your data longer, we will request your consent.
Third Party Privacy Practices
This policy does not apply to third-party platforms. We cannot control how others use your data, including current employers who may access our job boards.
